What are the shipping costs for the Netherlands?

Up to €50, the shipping costs are €5,99. If your order is above €50, shipping costs are free!

What are the shipping costs for Belgium and Germany?

Up to €100, the shipping costs are €8,50. Shipping costs above €100 are free.

Shipment Europe

Till € 200,- the shipping costs are € 17,50. Up to €200 free shipping.

Shipment outside Europe

Till € 250,- the shipping costs are € 17,50. Up to €250 free shipping.

Delivery

Orders placed and paid for before 15.00:XNUMX PM on workdays will be shipped the same day. You will receive a Track & Trace number via email with which you can track your order via www.tracktrace.nl.

PostNL will deliver your order within 24 hours. Unfortunately, it may happen that PostNL is delayed.

Returns

You must send an email to info@oh-my-lash.nl Describe the reason for return, your name and order number.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless Oh My Lash! made an incorrect delivery.
Shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable. Shipping costs incurred by oh My Lash will be settled when crediting. Unless Oh My Lash has made an incorrect delivery.
Liquids, lotions and glues cannot be returned.
Oh My Lash! cannot be held liable in the event of loss of the return shipment. We therefore recommend returning with track & trace.
Oh My Lash! will only process returns that have been registered by email, are unopened and of which the products are in the original packaging.
