Are Pre- and Promade fans harmful to natural eyelashes?
As with the One by One technique and the Volume technique, it is important that you take the health, thickness and carrying capacity of the natural eyelashes into account, so that you do not damage them. We have already made a pre-selection for you.
For example, the 3D fans are made with 0.07 eyelash extensions, the 7D with 0.05 and the 10D with 0.03 eyelash extensions. Despite this, it is still important to take the client's lashes into account.
With fragile eyelashes you can place less D than with strong, thick and healthy eyelashes. We also recommend promade fans for fragile and/or damaged eyelashes. Not only because of the weight, but the result will also be more natural. This is because the base of this is super thin.

What are the pros and cons of pre- and pro-made fans?
To work with premade and promade fans you do not need Russian Volume training. If you have completed the basic One by One training, you can start working with the premade and promade fans. Placing these fans is the same as the One by One eyelash extensions. However, it is important that you know the theory behind volume eyelashes so as not to damage the natural eyelashes.
If you have normally followed a Russian Volume training, months of practice are required to master the technique of making fans. And to place really beautiful sets. With the premade and promade fans you can immediately create beautiful sets in the same time it takes to place a set One by One. The work has already been done for you. The ready-made fans are beautifully symmetrical. A big advantage of working with the pre- and pro-made fans.
High quality with ready-made eyelash extensions

1. Premade (professional) fans
Premade fans are fans that are connected to the base with a minimum amount of glue. For eyelash stylists with less experience, the premade fans are easier to work with than the promade fans, mainly due to the thicker base. The premade fans are available in 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D and 8D in C, CC and D curl.
The premade professional fans are fans that are connected to the base by a mix of heat and glue. The base is completely heat-bonded, which gives a nice thin point, only the very tip has the addition of a minimal amount of glue, which ensures that the lashes do not fall apart so quickly. The premade professional fans are slightly less flexible than the promade fans, which also makes installation easier. The premade professional fans fall between the premade fans and promade fans. Easier to install than the promade fans and more natural looking than the premade fans.
2. Promade fans
Promade fans are handmade fans that are heat bonded to the base. We have a wide range of different fans from the promade fans:
Super Fans:
Super fans fans are made like the standard fans for a fluffy effect. A super fan provides maximum coverage and fills small gaps in the lash line. The super fans are available in 4D, 6D and 8D in CC and D curl.
Narrow Fans:
Narrow fans have a narrower fan with a slightly longer base than the super fans. This creates a beautiful, dark and full look. The longer base gives you a larger bonding surface, resulting in better retention. Narrow fans are available in 5D and 7D in CC and D curl.
Wispy Fans:
Are you a fan of the Kim K. look? Then these are wispy fans really something for you! These fans have a spike in the middle to make this look very easy. Alternate the super fans with the occasional wispy fan and you have your Kim K. look! Wispy fans can be used with the super fans. Do you prefer to use the narrow fans? Then you can use the spikes to create the Kim K. look. Our wispy fans are available in 5D in CC and D curl.
Spikes:
Promade Spikes are handmade from 5 extensions in a very narrow fan. In this way a spike is created. Perfect for creating the Kim K. look! Spikes can be used with both the super fans and the narrow fans and are available in CC and D curl.

Our new premade professional fans consists of a combination of heat and glue. The base is heat bonded and only the very tip is connected with a minimal amount of glue. This ensures that the fans do not fall apart so quickly if you do not pick them up correctly, which happens more quickly with fully heat-bonded promade fans.
Promade fans are ready-made volume fans that are made by hand and connected at the base by means of heat. The base of this runs into a very narrow thin point. If you have no experience with volume technology, this may make installation somewhat more difficult.
Premade fans and promades are not wrapped around the natural eyelash, as is possible when you make volume eyelashes yourself. This makes the retention of promade and premade fans comparable to One by One eyelash extensions. Promade fans have slightly better retention, because they are lighter, the base is very thin and therefore blends better with the natural eyelash. However, it can be more difficult for stylists with less experience to find the right attachment with the placement through the very thin tip. The advice for promades is to place them via the bottom or side of the natural eyelash. The premade fans are best placed on top of the eyelash.
Just like with One by One eyelash extensions, the eyelashes last 4 to 6 weeks if placed correctly. However, it is necessary to top up every 2 to 3 weeks, because during the eyelash cycle we lose 2-3 natural eyelash hairs per day per eye. Extensions are then placed on the newly grown eyelash hairs.
The difference between premade and promade fans is the way the fans are connected to each other. Premade fans are connected by means of glue, the base is therefore somewhat thicker, premade professional fans are connected by heat with a minimal amount of glue at the very tip and the base runs into a nice narrow point, the promade fans are completely connected by heat and have the thinnest base and are therefore also the lightest in weight.
