How to use:
Apply a thin layer to the base of the lash line daily.
Once the eyelashes have achieved the desired result, apply the serum every other day to maintain the achieved result.
Contact lenses: Remove contact lenses before applying the serum. After 15 minutes, the contact lenses can be reinserted.

Hi everyone,
For several weeks now I have been using this growth serum for both my eyelashes and my eyebrows.
You just have to be patient and apply it consistently and then it works great! Eyelashes have much more volume and have become a lot longer! Eyebrows are also fuller. Top product!

Over the years I have used various Lash serums.
And this is the first one that, if you accidentally apply too much and gets into your eyes, does not sting.
I am often asked if I have extensions or a lash lift, which is not the case.
But they are so long and full because of this serum. 🙂

I tested the serum and didn't notice any difference. My eyebrows also fell out, and I had bald patches, which I'd never experienced before! I stopped using it after eight weeks because I was worried it would get worse. I contacted customer service about this, but they brushed me off. Because of this, I also refused to sell the remaining products to my customers, and I wasn't allowed to return them, even though the packaging was still properly sealed.

We are sorry to read that you are not satisfied and that our previous contact did not go over well.
We'd like to clarify that several points in your review are not entirely accurate. We explained that it's not possible for an eyelash serum to cause eyebrow hairs to fall out. Natural hair loss (shedding) is more common during this time of year. That's why we also indicated that, unless you're experiencing stress or hormonal changes, it might be wise to consult your doctor. This was meant as sound advice, not to brush you off.
I also want to emphasize that you didn't use the serum as directed (for up to 12 weeks). After 8 weeks, you indicated you wanted to stop. Because our serum is entirely plant-based and hormone-free, it often takes a little longer for results to become visible.
Despite this, as a goodwill gesture, we've offered to take back the unopened serums. We don't normally accept returns of liquid products because we can't guarantee their storage at home and are prohibited from reselling them for safety reasons.
We're sorry your experience wasn't positive, but we do ask for honesty when sharing a review. We're always open to feedback, as long as it's based on facts.
